Scrambled eggs (the dish) was the first thing I ever learned how to cook. I’m not the greatest cook, but what resonated with me the most was the sense of independence that I received from cooking for myself. In college, when I created a production company name for my films, I went with Scrambled Eggs because I was going to do for myself. I wasn’t going to wait for an opportunity; I was going to be proactive (not wait by the phone), and “cook” for myself.
Scrambled Eggs LLC is my design and media production company, based out of Northeast Indiana. I mostly produce education and history projects. As a serial entrepreneur, Scrambled Eggs is my way of executing those multiple ideas. I occasionally do work for others, but, for the most part, I’m doing my own thing.
When needed, I collaborate with other artists from various disciplines (like illustrators) to complete or flesh-out projects. Education collaborators include: Indiana Arts Commission (arts integration grant panel, speaker), Keep Indiana Learning (writer, speaker), and Amp Lab at Electric Works (mentor).
